A. W. Fleck is a former Californian of the northern variety, currently living in NYC. She is an emerging writer of speculative fiction, including fantasy and magical realism. She also writes literary fiction with romantic undertones. She is a non-profit professional by trade and spends her free time catching Pokémon plushies, scouring the city for the best french fries, and adding books to her to be read pile faster than she can read them. She also runs a community writers group based out of Harlem - Harlem Writers United. Her first short story "Swell" was published in Inkd Publishing's 2024 Yay! all queer anthology.
